There a small freeware program called "switch" that can convert WMA's to mp3's as well as other format. Its easy to use and free so I recommend looking it up.

Flip4Mac only plays through quicktime but you can't use it in itunes or the ipod. Whats worse EasyWMA demo only records in mp3 for 15 seconds. Is there any atuomator actions to do the job?
