    Office X Identities won't copy files

    I had a iBook G3/700 running 10.3.9. I zapped the power and it wouldn't start. I got a hard drive enclosure and installed the drive. It works fine. I can copy files except my old email from the Office X Identies. It starts to copy and give me Error -36. I've tried everything. Thanks, Rick

    Entourage Mail Import

    It seems that good old Microsoft made it so that you can't Import your old email into the SAME VERSION OF ENTOURAGE. It might make sense to not be able to go backwards, but into the same version is absurd. I found some utilties like one from Kaigi Software for $20.00. Has anyone tried this? Rick

    Error code -36

    I'm getting this error trying to copy from my old iBook G3 Hard Drive. I took the drive out after the iBook stopped working and installed it into a Drive Enclosure. It mounts fine, but Entourage X won't copy files.
