Thanks for the advice, BatCHmod looks good but when I go to search for the HD to change ownership permissions I still can't find it anywhere.. I lost that ages ago lol, though that could work so I'll look for it.

Alright I'll post it there to. Thanks for the help but it already appears to be mounted, I tried repairing it too, but it didn't do anything. The strange thing is that when I plugged the hard-drive into my old mac (OS 9.1), it appeared as normal with everything inside but was still not working...

Hi guys, I was just playing around with my external hard-drive - the "Ownership & Permissions" section of it's Info - and accidently changed it from "You may Read & Write" to "You have No Access" and while trying to change it back it somehow wouldn't work and then as I tried to open folders...
