Can't recall if iMac flatscreen running on 10.4.11 suddenly shut off or if the screen went blank blue-fading to grey. It does the same thing on startup...I tried holding down the F9 key on startup, and saw the apple screen. It looked promising, but then reverted to the blank blue-grey again...
