When I'm going through spring-loaded folders to move a file or to drag a file over an application to open it with that application, I want to be able to scroll down in the Applications window somehow - apparently holding a file to the bottom of a window doesn't scroll down anymore...

i ordered an eBook from amazon.com on 12/11/01 and i still have the option to download it again over a year later. maybe they'll do it like that. (i'm still waiting for an eBook reader for os x to re-download) :D

I think it's a great idea. I was thinking a few months ago that they should do something like this. The record companies should back this. It's much better than M$'s plan to make music you CAN'T copy (even in a legit way). Go Apple! :D

I bought the 12 inch as my primary computer. it's much faster than my 600m iMac. I was worried about it being too small (or too hot) but neither has been a problem for me. I love it! :)

if you go to System Preferences, Desktop, change collection to choose folder..., go to Macintosh HD, System Folder, Appearance, and then pick the folder with your picture in it. It works fine for me. :)

I think they don't want the computers to boot into OS 9 because if you can boot into OS 9, all the security of OS X is worthless. You can access everything in 9. If they want to get the corporate market's attention, they'll have to eliminate security holes like that. (a lesson M$ could learn...
