My dvd region settings have all been exhuasted and the drive is now permanently zone 1. Can the drive still undergo the RPC-1 region free update without any trouble? thnx

Thank you livelovelaugh, I am prepared to run the RPC-1 region-free update but just want to make sure it can be done on a drive whose region changes have all been used up, i.e, it is now permanently a zone 1 drive and if I insert any other zone dvd it just spits it out and says I have no changes...
