    I accidentally deleted my Quicken Backup files! with Norton I remember I could find files like this but I don't know how with Mac OS X 10.4.11. This is just one of many problems I hope you can help me with.

    BTW, I can get mail in all my other accounts (Outlook Express and my internet provider's homepage email) with the same address. It just doesn't work for my Mac Mail anymore. Any other suggestions? I don't like any of the other programs! I love Mac Mail!
