I ran the postfix enabler to try to solve a mail server issue, and since doing that- postfix processes are present at startup. I don't use postfix now, and i need to stop postfix from binding to port 25 when the server starts up. how do i tell postfix to stop launching?

Has anyone found a good hosting control panel for OSX? I've searched the forums and the web and have come up with nothing, is nobody hosting on the mac using a control panel?

basically, it is a free alternative to Macromedia's ColdFusion MX 6.1 application server. there is a pay version as well, and the tag compatibility is very good.
