    Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-112D won't burn +R DL

    It seems to burn DVD-R media fine, but crashes when burning DVD+R DL and seems to stop right around layer break (as far as I can estimate). I am on Mac OS 10.6 and Toast lists firmware as BC14 / MMC-3 which does not match any firmware i find online. All is listed as ver 1.28 or similar. Are...
