Before installing OS X Lion, did a back up with Carbon Copy Cloner. I only wanted my iTunes library as my other files are backed up on an external drive.
It looks like it cloned the HD. Lost 86.9GB. Wanted to erase but Disk Utility it was "read only" and was grayed out where I could erase. So...
