Hi. I have a new MacBook Pro (OS 10.6.8). When recording in Garageband through a MobilePre by M-Audio, the vocal mic is only picked up on the left side. The same midi device records fine when a guitar is plugged in through it. The same mic and midi work fine on my old iMac with G'band.
