I am able to open html no problem but "php" no is the computer confused ? is it thinking it is downloading from the net when I open it on my computer ?

yep it does not matter how I open it. I always show up like this.. if I click okay it will ask me the same question.

same thing it does the SAME thing either way... if I open it using text and copy and paste in the new NVU file then that the only way I can do it..

when i click .php file i get "you have chosen to open whatever.php which is a nvu document what should NVU do with this file ?" I click open with NVU and then it does the same thing all over again and again . what is wrong ?
