I've been having similar trouble with our 2-person LLC. I previously got HRBlockAtHome Premium and Business and ran it in Parallels on my Mac but that gets old.
I'm considering just downloading and filling out the forms from IRS and mailing them (1065 and the like) and do our personal 1040...
