    Slot-load iMac PSU Problem?

Don't quite know what I've started here! But, getting back to the question in point... It doesn't affect normal use, you're correct Arden. So why bother? Because I was hoping to sell my iMac when I upgrade next year and I wouldn't feel happy selling it with a problem like this. T-K -...

    Slot-load iMac PSU Problem?

My slot-load iMac has been good as gold since I bought it in Jan 2001. In March this year I replaced the hard drive with a 40Gb Seagate and moved over to Jaguar. A problem has recently developed where you can hear the hard drive head parking as the machine boots up. This happens many times...

    None AirPort WAP and Rendezvous

I've just gone wireless with my iBook but took the cheapo route via a D-Link DWL-700AP. It works great for wireless broadband access but I have a question about Rendezvous. When I start iTunes on my iMac it detects the shared library on the iBook and displays it as a playlist. But when it...

Panther to be released Oct 24 ! Official

38 today and Mr Job's present is to launch Panther for availability on Oct 24! Thanks. But rather than buy it when it comes out, I'm going to wait for the next eMac refresh and put the £100 cost towards a machine to upgrade from my 350MHz G3 iMac. I wonder how many others will use the OS...
