    i download music, files, surf the web, and watch movies online. now, my computer is slow and has a lot of useless files that needs to be gone. how do i delete everything and have it returned to factory setting? (ghost up the system?)

    i just got T3 dvd from the mail today and i tried to watch it on my IMAC, but as soon as i put the dvd in, the computer does not respond and no matter how many times i press eject key, the cd won't come out. i even restarted the computer, but no luck. HOW WOULD I TAKE THE CD OUT? thank you
