Thank you for help. Olm converter pro was every bit the application I needed.
I also appreciate the imap account transfer procedure but its a long and hectic one.
On the other hand olm converter pro did the same job so quickly, saving all the content and the folders hierarchy too.
I am in immediate need to transfer all my emails from outlook 2011 to apple mail. But when I select the import option in apple mail, outlook 2011 is not there in options.
The other options i could see are of Entourage.
So is there no compatibility in mac mail for outlook 2011??
