    GIVE THAT MAN A VERY LARGE BOX OF CHOCOLATES. You just saved me a few more clumps of hair. I never even thought of looking their. All works perfectly now, other machines were fine because they were upgraded from 10.2..this one was a fresh install. Thanks! Jake
