I recently bought a midi interface that I want to work with garage band to be used with my guitar/pedal. I installed the driver, and garage band recognizes the device, but the sound coming in is just static. I am going to try a different pedal, but other than that i don't know what to look for...

Okay, I am taking a course in DW. I know that handcoded (x)html/css is the way to go, but I have been told that most web developers use dreamweaver at least sometimes. Is it even worth the time and effort? Will it at least give me a more visual perspective on coding my documents?

I have heard cheap ram (like from mac mall... or wherever) can cause problems. I have a g-4 and am looking for two 512 meg slots(p133, sdram). Is there any supplier that offers a manufactures warranty or guarantee? Much appreciated. :D
