I have an ibook with osx 10.2.8 running on it and have run into a problem recently with my external firewire drive. Osx keeps mounting on the desktop with duplicate names of the volume: ex: hard drive: hard drive 1: hard drive 2, its only made it up to 2 so far but everytime this happens iTunes...
