The Help Viewer continues to contain odd glyphic characters instead of English....I have also noticed that Safari's home page does the same thing...an Apple issue? I have checked the font usage and it seems to all be correct, but I cannot read anything in the help viewer... help!

DReamweaver's help viewer is not in English...in fact its in no language I know of, but resembles Arabic. I cannot seem to find how to get the language clean..this is only program that this occurs.
