After I did a combined update from 10.3.5 to 10.3.9, I'm no longer able to use the 'restart' or 'shutdown' features in the finder menu. This is really annoying since I now have to manually turn of the computer with a cold-power-closure... This can't be good for the operating system. :D Anyone...
