same problem here with an EPSON Stylus D120 printer. I don't get any error message though; the print job simply doesnt appear in the queue, though I do get a message telling me the printer is ready. EPSON's helpdesk isnt helping me out so far. :-(

Yesterday I found several post on this forum concerning this bug. I disabled and re-enabled my email accounts in the preferences>accounts>advanced tab and after that dragged the signatures into their respective accounts. So far, it seems to work!

I have exactly the same problem! Dragging the signatures into an account doesn't work either. Mail just keeps forgetting this.

I've cleaned the system fonts folder cache with both FontExplorer as well as FontNuke. And my user font folder is empty, but still no luck :-(

thing is, the Helvetica font itself seems to be working fine. But my system (or fontexplorer) for some reason prefers to display the Cyrillic version, rather than the regular or bold. I've attached a screenshot from Mail. Al the Cyrillic text here is supposed to be plain Helvetica. Pretty...

I had the same problem ever since installing Extensis Suitcase X1 on my G5 (OSX 10.3.9). In the Activity Monitor it says that the loginwindow process is "hanging" (shows up in red), but just for a moment and then the "hanging" message disappears and I still cannot shut down.
