Hi All, I decided to go with Entourage as its more like what I'm used to and I needed Office 2004 anyway. I'm sure there may well be things that I don't like (is any program perfect?!?!) but for now I'm happy. Thanks barhar - I managed to get everything imported with your help. Dawn
