I had printer descriptions backed up for my System/Extensions folder. I simply copied them over and I am on my way.

My situation is this: I am using OS 9 and I made the grave mistake of changing my PPD in Chooser for a network printer. Now, beside the name of the Network Printer is a magnifying glass rather than a printer. (it works fine in OSX but I need to RIP files in OS 9 -- I know, life is unfair)...
