Found the problem. internetconfig.plist was hosed. Deleted it and we have browsers.

I'm a tech for a small ISP. I have a customer with a graphite iMac running 10.2.8. Opening any browser results in an 'Application has unexpectedly quit' error message. We've tried IE, Safari (not on system when it arrived, 1.0 reloaded), Firefox. Same results on all. We've repaired...
