I have a 17 inch laptop with Tiger and new, just out of box HP SCANJET 4670 (it was purchased over a year ago, but just given to me, unused). I cannot get it to scan. Light goes on, but no scan. I've reinstalled and tried importing out of Adobe photoshop CS. Nothing. No help from HP...
