    [ I may be completely wrong on this ] but isn't RAID used to mirror and create similtanious copies of disks for peformance enhancements? or can you set it up to create 'single partitions' out of multiple hdd's??

    Hey Guys, I've got a few 100 - 200 gig external HDD that I would LOVE to 'merge' into a single disk on OSX... I know this kind of thing can be done on a windows machine [ with Dynamic Disk formatting ] but I haven't been able to find anything on this topic for OSX's... Is this kinda thing...

    iTunes Library split over external HDD

    Hi There, I was wondering if anyone has any tips/apps/how-to's on how to split a iTunes library over multiple drives WHILE allowing it to manage the files !? I have a huge mp3 collection and have many new tracks coming in all the time, so I really dont want to take the 'file management'...
