Anyone know if its possible to burn CDs from the command line? Can one compile 'cdrecord' to run under freeBSD, if not, has apple provided a method of burning from the command line which provides control of whether the burner verifies or not and in-dpeth switches and settings? Thanks...

This has got to be one of those 'its under your nose' things, but I've been on Windows so long, I acn't believe it would still be that easy! How do you remove/uninstall an app installed under Mac OS X? Do you just chuck the folder its sitting in? Aren't there any other files residing...
