I found my own solution. Needed to remove Microsoft Networks, File and Print Sharing and remove default gateway from my newly added NIC card. Mac's now can browse my domain controller.
The finder hangs trying to browse our domain controller. We are able to connect to other servers and other computers. No update were done on our Windows 2000 server sp4. We can ping by IP or by name.
