Sherlock won't start. On the Dock it highlights, but doesn't bounce. In the Applications folder, double-clicking makes the rectangular boxes spring out, but Sherlock doesn't appear. I checked the processes that are running, but can't find Sherlock. Any suggestions? Help? Explanations?
