Hi, I have only just come back to the office to find out this is still an outstanding issue. The problem accurs within Quarkxpress. There are no errors messages displayed when printing, when the user prints in Russian or Greek the print out is fine. (Only English is the problem)

This message appears when ever our Creative services user tries to print a document in english, when this is printed in swedish of another Foreign language, it prints fine. Please help!!
