I've posted this message in the tech support area but thought I would also post it in the forum to see if anyone has any ideas. So far, the tech support guys have been great but haven't found the solution.
I have a home office with 3 computers connected to the internet via Earthlink's 5mbps...
I tried twice today to submit questions using Help.app 1.0 (0.1) and kept getting the attached error. I ended up posting my question directly on the web site.
I also get an upgrade message every time I lauch the application but there isn't an "upgrade" button and I've download the version...
