    Can't receive emails

    Just a suggestion, but I would try deleting, then re-creating the accounts. That might entail some archiving/backing up of all emails for re-importation or something, but it also might deal with any corruption of the account that may have occurred. Good luck!

    Never mind - figured it out. But in case any one else is curious: Mac Help says you need to type smb://ipaddress/sharename. But all I had to do was type smb://sharename. Sharename= Full computer name in Vista Network and Sharing.

    Backup before Tiger install/upgrade, etc.

    I have tried a straight Tiger upgrade from 3.9.x (4, I believe) which didn't work and an archive and install which didn't work. Now there is no bootable system. I did backup (using a software that only backs up things I have permissions for) my Home folder before attempting to upgrade. Now...
