I have had the same for 6-9 months now- Reinstalled may OSes, RAM, and just now upgraded to Radeon9000/128MB video card- Same results. Keeps mentioning "AppleCPUThermo-can't parse" error in Verbose Safe/SingleUser mode launch. I am left to fully believe that it is a LogicBoard/Processor issue...
