i'd thought of that but in this particular invitation the text to replace is on multiple lines that i'd like to change all at once AND the exact text appears on the second page where i don't want it changed to the same thing. secondly, i just tried it and either i'm doing it wrong or pages...

i'm new to iwork & mac os x for that matter. i was using a template for an invitation in pages 2. (specifically the "announcement invitation") it's divided in to four quarters on a page all the same, but for the life of me i can't figure out how to change the text in one of the "templates"...

i've got a new 17" imac intel with 1.5gb of ram. i've been having a problem with mac os x help files when i bring up the help it just shows up blank. Help seems to be working in every other setting though. in apps like iphoto, itunes, safari, etc. only when i bring up help from the finder...
