No, it starts to install, then in a "flash" it pops back to the warning. It's like it keeps tripping over this problem.- bobafettrocks

I have tried a complete reboot, cold start, and logging out. I also reinstalled Mac OS X Update Combo 10.2.8. That installed Flash Player 6, but some of the sites I want to look at require 7 or 8.- bobafettrocks

I'm running OS X 10.2.8 on a PowerPC G4 Dual 1.25 Processors w/ 1.25Gb of ram. I am unable to update my OS due to the version of Avid I am running... Everytime I try and install the newest flash player, it tells me, "Please close all browsers before beginning the install." EVERYTHING IS...- bobafettrocks
