I've had the same problem since I think 10.4.4 but it might have been .5. Inactive Ram never got this high before. I've only had Tiger on this G4. I'm curious, do you use Path Finder? I don't know for sure because 10.4.4 and Path Finder 4 I started using at the same time when the problem...
