Yes, this is our first Intel iMac. Other macs (G5 towers with 10.04) run FileMaker 6 with no problem. I did try unistalling and reinstalling and the user accounts have admin rights. What puzzels me is why new accounts work fine but stop working after a few hours.

I always try "Repair Disk Permissions" first with most problems. No old FileMaker preferences where moved to the new iMac. I would like to use FileMaker 8 but our programers are draging thier feet on upgrading all our databases. We are still running FileMaker 5 Server. Thanks

Yes, I did install the FileMaker 6.0v4 update and still had the same problem.

We have a new (Intel) iMac 20" that won't run FileMaker Pro 6. It crashes when trying to start FileMaker. It will run fine on another user account on this same iMac but after a while, it starts to crash on the new user account too. Here is a copy of the crash report. Any help would be greatly...
