I've seen the same phenemenon myself with Entourage connecting against Cyrus IMAP. However, the interesting thing is that while my mailbox on that server keeps getting all its subfolders unsubscribed, my fiancee's mailbox on the same server *does not* have this behavior. I've hunted and hunted...
