Im trying to import the addresses using mac osx version 10.4.6 and the safari browser version 2.0.3.
I want to import them to the mail app version 2.0.7.

I'm not sure if this is a really basic question but I cannot work it out. I'm pretty new to Macs (and computers in general really) so any help would be greatly appreciated.
