If this symptom occurs for Office 2004 Test Drive (results page is blank),
1) Open one of the Office applications. (e.g. Word)
2) Close the application
3) Run "Remove Office Test Drive" again.
Opening an application triggers something that the uninstaller needs to realize that Office...
