    OK, apparently I had not restarted after installing the drivers and selecting the correct options in the printer options. Now it works! Thanks to the tech at MacOSX.com who suggested that. :)

    HP LaserJet 4MV tabloid option problem

    I just purchased a used HP LaserJet 4MV with the optional lower cassette for 11x17 paper. I am running OSX Tiger 10.4.7 on a Powerbook G4 1.5. I'm connecting via a crossover ethernet cable. I installed the HP driver package 5.5.2.051, and can see the optional cassete installed in the options...
