The easiest workaround I think is to stop using the "Documents" folder for your organization... Create a new directory named "My Folders" and start fresh; you'll be sure no application will begin interfering there.

After using the terminal for a while I realized that by pressing the "up" button you can scroll back to every command you entered... Can be useful, but it can be unwanted too... My question is: how do you make Terminal forget the recently typed commands ? In which file is this recorded ? Because...
