I'm running 10.2.3 and I get processes running under user ??? at random... incidentally one of them was once using 216% of my cpu power... :confused:

If you open the webserver config file you will notice that all the port numbers are not listed as 80, change them all to 80 and try it - It worked for me...

I get the same problem but I'm still looking for a solution. Do you know where the PHP config file is? I know there is a line to specify the path of sendmail and I think by default it is commented out - ammending this may help. Just my idea, don't know if it'll work and I haven't been able to...

I have been running the standard mac os X server mail server program for a while now and it has completely stopped working at least three times. It seems to die at random and no amount of fiddling with DNS settings or rebooting seems to fix it, then suddenly it will spring back to life and work...

Where are the ftp server logs kept? I need to access them remotely (a folder has disappeared on my server) and have no idea where they are stored. Thanx

Go to http://www.macupdate.com and look for something like simple ftp. After installing it's usually just a matter of drag and drop to upload files to an ftp server.

Thanks, I'll try that. The only problem is that I'm hosting multiple domains, I have set them in the webserver settings, will I need to set up the virtual hosts in httpd.conf as well to make them work?
