Yep you can reinstall by putting your osx disk 1 in that came with your system, scroll down to find the install packages icon and then you can reinstall just that application. Cannot quite remember where the installa packages icon is but is definately there.
if u call MS when you are installing on boot camp they will unistall the licence on your first (virtual PC) leaving you the ability to register it on your other PC (Bootcamp) failing this if Ihad truly purchased the s.w and had this problem I might be inclined to find another working serial...
