Parallels or Boot Camp?
If it's parallels, it doesn't have true hardware graphics so it may not detect that you have a compatible video card.

Multicast is not enabled unless you actually ran the commands to start it.

How are the PC's bound to AD? It seems as if the OD admin u/p is stored somewhere on the PC's.
