10.2 - Never Been Done Before

twister

Howdy
"We're going to be doing some things at the core level of the operating system that have never been done on any platform before," Kerris said. "Allowing this kind of capability to be used by all sorts of applications, we can only imagine what's going to happen over the next year as developers start to tap into the power of the things that they'll see in this update."

This sounds awesome!

once more, it's not what you say, but how you say it;)

sorry sim, never saw your thread. not being a developer, wwdc didn't catch my interest. but 10.2 and things never done before did. Makes me look forward to the update. at least now i know it should be something more exciting than spring loaded folders:D

sim, you're one to talk...you made an iPhoto 1.1 thread with the same name in the same forum as one already there...

Sorry SimX

I scanned the first handfull of topics and none stood out as being the same as mine.

My bad.

Sorry, I was groggy this morning and didn't mean to sound so harsh. I just want people to start looking before you start posting – so that we don't clutter up this forum. It's happened to me about 5 times now in the past couple of weeks, and it's really annoying. :p

voice-: Yeah, that was my mistake -- but it actually was about iPhoto 1.1 being RELEASED as opposed to rumors about it. And then it was taken down.

Ed: Lucky for you someone else made a duplicate post, or otherwise you'd be missing out. WWDC is a place for OS X announcements, not just developer stuff.

I think 10.2 will feature the never before seen Software Base Station and the never before seen Spring Loaded Folders!
