10.2 Server Question

I don't know how, but I deleted the 'Administrator' account from Workgroup Manager. However, the 'Administrator' account still exists locally on the server. When i try to recreate Administrator using admin as the short name, it tells me someone is already using the short name admin.

I know that when OS X Server first starts it creates the Administrator account both locally and in Workgroup manager. How do i get back this way?
