I have OSX server 10.3.9 and client G5s also at 10.3.9. The firewire drives on the server will be fine from the server, but will beach ball on the client machines, all of them. It will work fine for a day, a week, or 5 minutes and then bang, the drives will go dead over the network, but appear to be fine from the server itself. Any ideas? I've searched high and low and can find nothing. This setup worked fine when everyone was at 10.3.8 for a long time.
