12" Powerbook Video Problemo :-(

Yesterday my 12" G4 1.5GHz PB started playing up.
The screen has flickering horizontal lines and it can take up to
20 restarts to boot up to the login window :-(
I have run the Hardware test both Quick and Extended and both
gave me :-
Video Ram = Error Detected
Error Code = 2NVD/1/4:2122

Can anyone please inform me what this error code actually means ???

When I first saw the lines I suspected the video (card)? As it's a laptop
I'm guessing it's built into the motherboard ? Am I correct ?

It means the on board video is shot. You'll most likely need to have the Logic Board replaced.
